Across the market, likes usually land between one and four cents each. If a site charges far under that, ask how. The answer is almost always throwaway accounts that get wiped in a week, which leaves you paying twice.
Should you buy cheap YouTube likes?

Poor fit
- An old upload that nobody visits. No one is there to see the number.
- A video with almost no views. Likes that outnumber views look bought.
- A channel that pays your rent, if you cannot take any risk at all.
- A video people click away from. Likes will not fix the video.
Spend on the videos people are landing on now. Likes on a video from two years ago do almost nothing.

Can your channel get in trouble?

In practice, YouTube mostly handles this by deleting the fake engagement rather than removing channels. Strikes usually follow much heavier abuse than one video with bought likes.

Do YouTube likes help the algorithm?
A little, and only as one signal among many. YouTube says its recommendation system looks at clicks, watch time, survey answers, shares, likes and dislikes (YouTube Official Blog). It uses them to guess if a viewer will be happy with a video.

Many people buy views and likes for the same video. That can work, as long as the numbers fit each other. Viewers read them as a set and do the math without thinking about it.
