You pick a package, type in your public username, and pay. We then send the order out to our delivery network, and new followers start landing on your profile. You never log in to anything and you never leave our checkout page. The same steps work for likes, views and subscribers, except you paste the link to the post or video instead of a username.

Most orders start within a few minutes of payment. Small packages usually finish the same day. Larger ones arrive a bit at a time over a longer window, because a count that jumps by ten thousand in one second looks exactly like what it is. If nothing has moved after an hour, message support with your order number.

For followers we need the @username on your profile. For likes and views we need the link to the post, reel or video. That is the whole list. We do not need your password, your email login, your phone number or a code from your account. Each post needs its own like order, so if you post a lot, look at our automatic likes plans instead.

Yes. We email a receipt as soon as your payment goes through. It has your order number, what you bought, and what you paid. Keep it, because the order number is the fastest way for support to find you. If the receipt has not arrived in a few minutes, check your spam folder before you write to us.

No. Our terms of service limit orders to accounts you own, for personal use. Please do not buy followers or likes for a friend, a client, or an account you run for a business. Orders that break this rule can be cancelled without notice.

You can pay by card, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Apple Pay works on supported devices. If you prefer crypto, we take that through Coinbase Commerce. Pick whichever is easiest for you at checkout. Every package is a single payment, so nothing renews on its own. Automatic likes work the same way: one payment covers your new posts for 30 days.

Yes. The page is encrypted, and your card details go straight to the payment provider. We never see or store your full card number. All we get back is a yes or no on the payment, plus the last few digits for your receipt.

Yes, in the cases set out in our refund policy. We refund if we do not deliver inside the stated delivery time, if there is a material problem with what we sent, or if the product was not as described on the site. Ask within 7 days of buying.

Write to support within 7 days of your purchase. Send your order number, the reason, and any screenshots that show the problem. We check the order against our delivery records. If it is approved, the money goes back to the card or wallet you paid with.

Changing your mind after you buy is not covered. Nor are small differences that do not really affect the order, such as a count landing at 998 instead of 1,000. Things outside our hands are also excluded, like a platform changing its rules or restricting your account. If your count drops later, ask for a refill instead of a refund.

Yes. We cannot deliver to a private account, because our delivery network cannot see it. Switch your profile to public before you order. Once the order is finished you can switch it back to private if you want.

Check three things first. Is the account public? Is the username spelled exactly right? Is the post still up and visible to everyone? Those three cover most stuck orders. If all three look fine and an hour has passed, send support your order number.

Message us straight away and we will change it if the order has not started yet. Once delivery is under way we cannot pull followers back off someone else’s profile. This is the one mistake worth double-checking before you pay.

Ask for a refill. Send us your order number and the count you can see now. If it is below what you paid for, we top it back up for free. You do not need to buy anything again, and there is no charge for the refill.
